While we curate exclusive partners, actual fulfillment of travel, lodging, or event services is governed by the terms of the third-party provider. The Platform is not liable for service disruptions caused by these external entities.

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the specific rules of the luxury provider selected. Reward points utilized for travel are non-refundable once the booking window has closed.

All financial data transmitted through The Vault is encrypted using industry-leading protocols. Members agree that all capital movements, gift exchanges, and fee payments are final. The Platform does not provide financial advice; all actions taken within the app are at the discretion of the member.

All content, including but not limited to logos, interface design, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Gift Me Hub. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Me Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gift Me Hub and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the platform shall be instituted in a state or federal court in that jurisdiction.
